OpticalBand announces a strategic partnership with Resource Networks
The strategic alliance between OpticalBand, Inc. and Resource Networks, Inc. creates a full service IT infrastructure solutions provider. Resource Networks offers consulting and training services for enterprise networking, VoIP solutions, e-Business infrastructures and network engineering services. OpticalBand offers Internet, voice, and private networking services to small and medium businesses and Federal/State/local governments.
This partnership will enable OpticalBand and Resource Networks to offer full and complete IT solutions to the target markets. OpticalBand will target new customers with broader service offerings such as ATM, Frame Relay, Private Line, Internet, Voice and a full suite of Data services. Resource Network will offer consulting, network engineering, design, implementation, and management of key services.
Additionally, OpticalBand will also be able to bid on lucrative Federal, state and local government Internet access contracts, as Resource Networks is an approved service provider to these markets. Additionally, OpticalBand will target Resource Networks' existing customers to provide access services, increasing monthly recurring revenue and reducing customer churn. This strategic partnership is a win-win for both companies.
