OpticalBand' Frame Relay Service is a technology that allows commercial end-users to use a shared private
network to send and receive data from geographically distant locations. Frame Relay Service can be
defined as packet-switched, multiplexed data networking technology supporting connectivity between
user equipment, such as routers, and a carrier's frame relay network equipment. In addition, Frame
Relay Service provided hereunder is provided only on those circuits which are located entirely upon
the OpticalBand' owned and operated network and both end points of such circuit must originate or terminate
at a OpticalBand' point of presence. A list of On-Net cities can be provided upon Customer request and the
list of On-Net cities may be updated from time to time without notice.
